Today was a GREAT day! I got to have breakfast with my mom at one of my favoritenbsp;restaurants, Mimi’s Cafe! We don’t get to go out much as mother/daughter because I have 3 active kids and she is busy as well. But today all three of my munchkins were in school so I had 4 hours to do whatever I wanted i{insert giddy laugh here}/i!br /br /My mom knows that I’m doing the 30 days of no spending challenge so she bought me breakfasti{thanks mom-Love you}/i! She also had a coupon for 4 FREE muffins with a purchase of breakfast!br /div class=”separator” style=”clear: both; text-align: center;”a href=”http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-613Q-weuqdY/TmlklqTs14I/AAAAAAAAAms/QjWsgG1U81g/s1600/muffins.jpg” imageanchor=”1″ style=”margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;”img border=”0″ height=”277″ src=”http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-613Q-weuqdY/TmlklqTs14I/AAAAAAAAAms/QjWsgG1U81g/s320/muffins.jpg” width=”320″ //a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Thanks for my lunch, too!br /br //divdiv style=”text-align: left;”When breakfast was over, I still had 2 hours to myself!! I couldn’t decide if I wanted to read, sleep or watch tv i{naps always seem to win}/i. I should have gotten some work done on the computer because the nap I was hoping my toddler would take after preschool didn’t happen./divdiv style=”text-align: left;”br //divI made homemade pizza tonight i{you’ll have to look at last Thursday’s pics because we were so hungry it was gone before I thought to capture it’s beauty}/i and we were off to the activities and practices. I did make a trip to the grocery store tonight for some fruit, bread, and sandwich bags i{10 for $10 at Publix}/i. I also had to buy some snacks for the cheerleaders on Saturday. Fortunately Publix also had some Buy1Get1 deals going.br /br /There are some expenses that are coming up during this month: school pictures, sports fees and cub scout fees. Last year I remember the same thing happening during September. Little things that cost $10 here $20 there. nbsp;It feels like I’m being nickled and dimed, but I know it’snbsp;inevitablenbsp;when you have school-aged kids who are involved in activities.nbsp; That is why we have a a href=”https://mydebtfreeroad.com/2011/03/our-envelope-system.html”household envelope/a to cover these costs. It makes the last minute ask for money a little more tolerable.br /br /Don’t forget, there are several other families blogging their way through this challenge:br /br /div style=”text-align: center;”Christie at a href=”http://keirajoy07.blogspot.com/”Bushel and a Peck/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Shelley at a href=”http://finishingourfamilyfromchina.blogspot.com/”Finishing our Family from China/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Kayce at a href=”http://onetwogrow.blogspot.com/”Our Boy and His Cricketnbsp;/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Sweet Mama Luv U at a href=”http://findingoursweetcheeksbabycake.blogspot.com/”Little One Full of Giggles and Wiggles/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Suz at a href=”http://justanordinaryfamily.blogspot.com/”Just and Ordinary Family/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”Lynda at a href=”http://journeytolaurenmei.blogspot.com/”From Guang Mei to Lauren Mei/a/divdiv style=”text-align: center;”a href=”http://ouryoungcreations.blogspot.com/”Young Creations/a/divbr /a href=”http://www.aghdesigns.com/images/blogs/siggy4.png” target=”_blank”img alt=”Anna” border=”0″ src=”http://www.aghdesigns.com/images/blogs/siggy4.png” //a
